soy-based products wanted to increase sales of its soy based
drink products in Argentina and Mexico through a joint-venture
alliance with a suitable local beverage producer. |

WEEKS |

- Identify, evaluate, and select the right local partner in
Mexico and Argentina
- Introduce the two firms and begin the process of negotiating
an agreement between both firms.

- Generate lists of all possible candidates (50+)
- Reduce list by discarding unsuitable candidates after
secondary research
- Telephone remaining candidates (20+) and probe further
- Visit 10+ candidates and profile each, initial evaluations
- Introduce client to each finalist (6), provide objective
evaluation of each
- Help client choose the right partner from the short list
- Provide deep due-diligence on the chosen partner
- Advise on how to negotiate a working agreement
